1

Find the right calculator card

The tool has three cards: 'What is X% of Y?' for finding a portion, 'X is what % of Y?' for finding a rate, and '% change from X to Y?' for finding growth or decline.

2

Enter your numbers

Fill in the input fields on the relevant card — results update live as you type, so you can experiment without clicking a calculate button.

3

Interpret percentage change

For the percentage change card, a positive result means an increase and a negative result means a decrease. The formula is (new − old) ÷ old × 100.

4

Copy the result

Click the copy button next to any result to copy it to your clipboard, ready to paste into a spreadsheet, email, or report.

5

Clear a card independently

Click Clear on any card to reset just its inputs without affecting the other two calculators — useful when you need to run several different calculations in sequence.

All done!

You are ready to use Percentage Calculator like a pro.
