Information MakerOps Radar Handles
MakerOps Radar may process metadata returned by Microsoft Power Platform and Power Automate APIs. This can include environment names, environment IDs, flow names, flow IDs, owner metadata, co-owner metadata, connector references, solution metadata, status metadata, available run metadata, available failure metadata, and flow definition data where Microsoft APIs make it available to the signed-in user.
How Information Is Used
The extension uses this information to display environment inventory, risk findings, owner/offboarding reports, connector reports, solution readiness checks, environment health summaries, and user-selected exports.
MakerOps Radar does not sell user data. MakerOps Radar does not use scan data for advertising. MakerOps Radar does not modify flows, connections, environments, or tenant settings.
Data Storage
Settings, token metadata, and the latest scan result may be stored locally using browser extension storage so the user can reopen the most recent report.
Users can remove locally stored extension data by removing the extension or clearing extension storage through the browser.
Data Sharing
MakerOps Radar does not send scan results to DevHexLab servers.
When live scanning is used, MakerOps Radar communicates with Microsoft identity, Power Platform, and Power Automate services to authenticate the user and request metadata available to that user. Those Microsoft service requests are governed by Microsoft's terms and privacy practices.
Reports are exported only when the user chooses an export action, such as CSV, JSON, HTML, or redacted HTML.
Sensitive Data
Some flow definitions may contain URLs, email addresses, tenant identifiers, or secret-like values. MakerOps Radar may flag these patterns as governance findings. The redacted support report is designed to remove owner details, connection references, and flow definitions.
Permissions
MakerOps Radar requests browser permissions for Microsoft sign-in, local extension storage, report downloads, and Microsoft API access. Host permissions are limited to the Microsoft sign-in and Power Platform API domains used by the extension.
Security
MakerOps Radar is designed as a read-only governance scanner. Users should avoid importing or exporting sensitive scan files on devices or browser profiles they do not trust.
Changes
This privacy policy may be updated as MakerOps Radar changes. The latest version will be made available on this page.
